Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la oftalmologie si este destinata pentru corectia vederii la slab vazatori. Metoda de corectie a vederii la slab vazatori consta in aceea ca se efectueaza examinarea pacientului si daca se determina vicii de refractie de grad inalt asociate cu cataracta complicata nematura, si/sau cu afachie postoperatorie, si/sau cu retinopatie diabetica pre- sau proliferativa, si/sau cu degenerescenta maculara senila, si/sau cu distrofie centrala a retinei, si/sau cu atrofia partiala a nervului optic, si/sau cu glaucom, se determina gradul de dereglare a vederii si in cazul in care acuitatea vizuala este de 0,05…0,3 la cel mai bun ochi si campurile vizuale sunt mai mici de 10 grade de la punctul de fixare, se prescriu pentru vedere in departare ochelari telescopici sau monoculare cu o marire de 2,5x…20x a campului vizual, iar pentru vedere in apropiere la distanta de pana la 33 cm se prescriu ochelari hiperoculari, si anume: pentru citire cu puterea opticade pana la +20,0 D, pentru realizarea activitatilor la distanta de 8…20 cm cu puterea optica de +5,0…+12,0 D, iar la distanta de 18…25 cm cu puterea optica de pana la +6,0 D, totodata ochelarii prescrisi se combina cu filtre spectrale pentru vedere in departare Î2, iar pentru vedere in apropiere J1 sau J2.
