Abstract

Inventia se refera la producerea elementelor magnetice utilizate in marcile de identificare, marcatoare, etichetele atasate, aplicate in diverse domenii pentru protectia contra falsificarilor, identificarea producatorilor de marfuri, confirmarea autenticitatii obiectelor, in particular a documentelor, pentru inventariere etc. Elementul magnetic pentru marca de identificare consta din cel putin unsegment de microconductor, format dintr-un fir din aliaj feromagnetic acoperit cu invelis de sticla, totodata segmentul de microconductor este executat cu partile frontale tratate termic si slefuite, iar lungimea lui L este determinata de relatia:0,1d x 103 /(d2/D2) <= L <= 0,5d x 103 /(d2/D2), unde: d – diametrul firului microconductorului, D – diametrul invelisului de sticla al microconductorului.Procedeul de confectionare a elementului magnetic pentru marca de identificare consta in turnarea din topitura a microconductorului, format dintr-un fir de aliaj feromagnetic acoperit cu un invelis de sticla, si taierea microconductorului in segmente. Segmentele obtinute se aduna intr-un toron, se fixeaza, apoi toronul se taie in segmente, concomitent partile frontale ale acestor segmente se supun tratarii termice si slefuirii la o temperatura cu 20…100°C mai mare decat temperatura de cristalizare pentru aliajele cu microstructura amorfa si temperatura de recristalizare pentru aliajele cumicrostructura microcristalina si cristalina amorfa; totodata taierea, tratarea termica si slefuirea segmentelor microconductoarelor in toroane se efectueaza cu ajutorul unei scule aschietoare in procesul unei operatii tehnologice, regimurile careiasunt stabilite de ecuatiile:T=k·V·?,V=p·D1·N,?=P/S,unde:T – temperatura de incalzire a partilor frontale ale microconductorului la taiere;k – coeficientul de degajare a caldurii la taiere;V – viteza de taiere;? – efortul unitar de taiere;N – frecventa de rotire a sculei aschietoare;D1 – diametrul sculei aschietoare;P – efortul depus la scula aschietoare;S – suprafata de contact a sculei aschietoare cu toronul de microconductoare.
