Abstract
Inventia se refera la dispozitivele pentru dispersarea, omogenizarea si emulgarea amestecurilor lichide si poate fi utilizata in industria alimentara, chimica si de prelucrare a petrolului. Generatorul de cavitatie pentru dispersarea amestecurilor lichide contine un corp (1) cu o camera de dispersare (8), in care este instalat un arbore de actionare (4) cu rotor (2), executat in forma de disc cu cavitatoare (12) montate pe circumferinte concentrice, racorduri de admisiune (13, 14) si evacuare alichidului (15). In camera de dispersare (8) esteinstalat, opus primului, un alt arbore de actionare (5) cu rotor (3), executat in forma de disc cu cavitatoare (11) montate pe circumferinte concentrice. Cavitatoarele (11, 12) sunt executate cu sectiunea transversala in forma de hexagon lungit, sunt orientate cu axa mai lunga tangential la circumferinta pe care sunt amplasate si sunt montate astfel incat cavitatoarele fiecarui disc sunt amplasate in spatiul dintre cavitatoarele discului opus. Corpul (1) include suplimentar doua camere de admisiune (6, 7) a lichidului, separate de camera de dispersare (8) prin pereti (9, 10), iar in discurilerotoarelor (2, 3) si peretii (9, 10) camerei de dispersare (8) sunt executate orificii (16…19) identice, amplasate unul in drept cu altul. Orificiile(16…19) sunt executate in apropierea imediata a arborilor de actionare (4, 5).The invention relates to devices for dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying liquid mixtures and can be used in the food, chemical and petroleum processing industries. The cavitation generator for dispersing liquid mixtures contains a body (1) with a dispersing chamber (8), in which is installed a drive shaft (4) with rotor (2), made in the form of a disc with mounted cavitators (12) on concentric circles, inlet connections (13, 14) and liquid discharge (15). In the dispersion chamber (8) is installed, opposite to the first, another drive shaft (5) with rotor (3), made in the form of a disc with cavitators (11) mounted on concentric circles. The cavitators (11, 12) are made with the cross section in the form of an elongated hexagon, are oriented with a longer axis tangential to the circumference on which they are placed and are mounted so that the cavities of each disk are placed in the space between the cavities of the opposite disk. The body (1) additionally includes two liquid inlet chambers (6, 7), separated from the dispersion chamber (8) by the walls (9, 10), and in the rotor disks (2, 3) and the walls (9, 10) of the chamber of dispersion (8) are made identical holes (16… 19), placed in a straight line with each other. The holes (16… 19) are made in the immediate vicinity of the drive shafts (4, 5).
