Abstract

The invention relates to installations for cavitational processing of liquids and can be used in the food, chemical and petroleum-refining industries.The cavitation generator with centrifugal pump comprises a body (1) with front (2) and rear (3) covers, a rotor (4) of the centrifugal pump and a rotor (5) of the cavitation generator, mounted on the drive shaft (10), on the rotor (5) of the cavitation generator being fixed pins (16), a partition (15), separating the pump from the generator, an inlet fitting (6) mounted on the centrifugal pump and an outlet fitting (8) mounted on the cavitation generator. Novelty of the invention consists in that on the rotor (4) of the centrifugal pump it is mounted a ring (13), wherein there are made on its generatrix rectangular axial holes for liquid passage and mounting of blades (14), installed inside the rotor (4) so that their ends come out through holes beyond the bounds of the ring (13). In the blades there are made radial holes (17). The rotor (5) of the cavitation generator is equipped with radial blades (18), wherein there are made rectangular holes (19). The outlet fitting of the centrifugal pump (7) is connected to the inlet fitting (9) of the cavitation generator, connected to an annular groove (21) made in the rear cover (3) of the body (1), communicating through radial channels (22) and holes (23) with the working chamber of the cavitation generator. Into the disk of the rotor (5) of the cavitation generator there are made holes (20) identical with the holes in the rear cover (3) of the body (1).
