Abstract

The invention refers to the food industry, namely to an electroplasmolyzer for vegetal raw material.The electroplasmolyzer for vegetal raw material consists of a tubular dielectric body (1), two ring electrodes (11, 12), placed inside the body at the inlet and outlet, and electrodes (2...4), uniformly placed round the circle between the ring electrodes and connected to a power supply. The electrodes (2...4), placed between the ring electrodes (11, 12), are made in the form of straight truncated pyramid, having as base a rectangle and are mounted on the inner wall of the body with the greater base.The result of the invention consists in providing for the current uniform density in the plasmolysis zone and in excluding the formation of current channels and the carry-over of the electrode material.
