Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la biochimia clinica si poate fi utilizata pentru diagnosticarea diferentiata a hiperplaziilor dishormonale si a cancerului glandei mamare. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se determina continutul glutationului redus (GSH), activitatea glutation-S-transferazei (GST), glutationreductazei (GR), gama-glutamiltranspeptidazei (GGT) si glucozo-6-fosfatdehidrogenazei (G6PDH) in plasma sangelui si in saliva, se calculeaza raporturile GR/G6PDH, GR/GST, GR/GGTsi GR/GSH si in cazul in care in plasma se determina: GR/G6PDH de la 1,89 la 2,94; GR/GST de la 0,41 la 0,54; GR/GGT de la 4,83 la 8,70; GR/GSH de la333,0 la 454,0; iar in saliva: GR/G6PDH de la 1,41 la 2,21; GR/GST de la 0,34 la 0,42; GR/GGT de la1,62 la 2,59; GR/GSH de la 613,0 la 663,2 se diagnosticheaza hiperplazie dishormonala a glandei mamare, iar in cazul in care in plasma se determina:GR/G6PDH de la 0,84 la 1,89; GR/GST de la 0,29 la0,41; GR/GGT de la 0,96 la 4,83; GR/GSH de la 212,0 la 333,0; iar in saliva: GR/G6PDH de la 0,61 la1,41; GR/GST de la 0,26 la 0,34; GR/GGT de la 0,65 la 1,62; GR/GSH de la 562,8 la 613,0 se diagnosticheaza cancer al glandei mamare.
