Abstract

Invenţia se referă la optoelectronică, în special la microlasere aleatoare, care pot fi aplicate în spectroscopie, diagnostica medicală, producerea display-urilor etc.Procedeul de obţinere a microlaserului aleator include obţinerea unui compozit format din particule de oxid de metal dopat cu elemente de pământuri rare sau metale de tranziţie şi goluri umplute cu aer, totodată compozitul este obţinut prin impregnarea unui templat poros din oxid de metal cu o soluţie ce conţine ioni de elemente ale pământurilor rare sau ale metalelor de tranziţie în etanol cu concentraţia de 0,1…1 g/ml cu tratamentul termic ulterior într-un interval de temperaturi de 700…900°C timp de 15…60 min.
