Abstract
Inventia se refera la optoelectronica, in specialla microlasere aleatoare, care pot fi aplicate inspectroscopie, diagnostica medicala, producerea displayurilor etc. Procedeul de obtinere a microlaserului aleator include obtinerea unui compozit format din particule de oxid de metal dopat cu elemente de pamanturi rare sau metale de tranzitie si goluri umplute cu aer, totodata compozitul este obtinut prin impregnarea unui templat poros din oxid de metal cu o solutie ce contine ioni de elemente ale pamanturilor rare sau ale metalelor de tranzitie in etanol cu concentratia de 0,1…1 g/ml cu tratamentul termic ulterior intr-un interval de temperaturi de 700…900°C timp de 15…60 min.
