Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, particularly to oncologic morphopathology and can be used for predicting the risk of recurrence or malignization of precancerous process of the neck of uterus using the immunologic double staining with antibodies anti-CD105 and anti-Ki67.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that after ionization of precancerous process of the neck of uterus there are prepared histological sections from biopsies of a thickness of 3 µm, they are stained with hematoxylin-eosin, afterwards there are carried out the reactions of immune staining with the antibody anti-CD105, clone SN6h, with staining in brown of the activated vascular endothelium, then with the antibody anti-Ki67, clone MIB1, with staining in red of the nuclei of endothelial cells and if it is determined 0…4 vessels with positive reaction to both antibodies, it is predicted a minimal risk of recurrence or malignization of precancerous process, and if it is determined more than 4 vessels, it is predicted an increased risk of recurrence or malignization of precancerous process.
