Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la morfopatologia oncologică şi poate fi utilizată pentru pronosticul riscului de recidivare sau malignizare a procesului precanceros al colului uterin cu utilizarea imunocolorării duble cu anticorpii anti-CD105 şi anti-Ki67.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că după conizarea procesului precanceros al colului uterin se pregătesc secţiuni histologice din bioptate cu grosimea de 3 µm, se colorează cu hematoxilină-eozină, după care se efectuează reacţiile de imunocolorare cu anticorpul anti-CD105, clona SN6h, cu colorarea în brun a endoteliului activat al vaselor, apoi cu anticorpul anti-Ki67, clona MIB1, cu colorarea în roşu a nucleilor celulelor endoteliale şi dacă se determină 0...4 vase cu reacţie pozitivă la ambii anticorpi, se pronostichează un risc minor de recidivare sau malignizare a procesului precanceros, iar dacă se determină mai mult de 4 vase, se pronostichează un risc sporit de recidivare sau malignizare a procesului precanceros.
