Abstract
Soiul de gutui (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) Iujanka a fost obţinut de la hibridarea soiurilor Campion x Kirovobadskaia, destinat producerii fructelor pentru industrializare şi raionat în Republica Moldova pentru zonele pomicole Centrală, de Sud-Est şi Sud. Pomii sunt de vigoare mijlocie cu coroană larg-piramidală, compactă. Ramurile de schelet formează cu axul central unghiuri ascuţite, sunt aşezate compact pe trunchi, drepte. Formaţiunile fructifere sunt lăstari de creştere şi ramuri de rod. Înfloreşte în prima decadă a lunii mai. Este un soi autofertil, dar cei mai buni polenizatori sunt soiurile Turunciukskaia şi Iantarnaia Moldavii. Fructele sunt unidimensionale cu greutatea medie de 430-640 g, forma este alungită asemănătoare cu cea a mărului cu suprafaţă netedă. Pieliţa este cu pubescenţă de culoare galben-deschisă. Pulpa este de culoare crem, densă, fină, aromată. Fructele conţin 10,19% de substanţe uscate, 7,38% de zaharuri, 0,47% de acizi titraţi, 149,6mg% de substanţe tanante şi colorante, 1-7mg% de vitamină C. Nota degustării produselor prelucrate este 4,4-4,5. Pomii intră pe rod în anul 3 şi rodesc anual. Productivitatea este de 50-55 kg/pom sau 30,0-35,0 t/ha cu recoltarea în decadele 2-3 ale lunii septembrie.
