Abstract

Inventia se refera la dispozitivele pentru omogenizarea, emulsionarea si dispersarea amestecurilorlichide si poate fi utilizata in industriile alimentara, chimica si de prelucrare a petrolului. Dispozitivul pentru prelucrarea cavitationala a lichidelor contine un corp (1) cu camera de lucru, in care este amplasat montat rigid pe un arbore de actionare (3) un activator (2) executat in forma de disc, pe care sunt fixate cavitatoare (6), si cu racorduri de admisie (5) si de evacuare (4). In disc, in zona de aspiratie a lichidului, sunt executate gauri (7). Cavitatoarele (6) sunt executate in sectiune in forma de trapez si sunt fixate radial,cu acelasi pas, pe ambele parti ale discului activatorului (2) si pe peretii laterali ai corpului (1) cu unghiul mai mic in directia rotirii activatorului (2). Cavitatoarele (6) de pe partile opuse ale discului activatorului (2) pot fi fixate cu o deplasare de jumatate de pas.
