Abstract

The invention relates to the loading devices of the carboniferous raw material processing plants, for example, of the gas generators, boilers, furnaces, and can be used in the chemical, fuel and power fields.The loading device of the carboniferous raw material processing plant includes a hermetic chamber with inlet (11) and outlet (4) ports fixed onto a plant (3). The hermetic chamber is made in the form of two coaxial drums (1, 2), installed horizontally or inclined. The external drum (1) is rigidly fixed onto the plant (3) and the internal drum (2) is installed by journals (5), fixed to its front walls, on supports (6) and equipped with a rotation mechanism. Onto the external drum (1), along the generating lines there are made two inlet (11) and outlet (4) ports, and onto the internal drum (2) - a port. The length of the arc of the inlet port (11) of the external drum (1) exceeds the length of the arc of the internal drum (2). Onto the edges of the inlet port (11) of the external drum (1) and of the port of the internal drum (2) there are fixed seals (10, 12), each of which hermetically seals the interdrum space. The seal (12) fixed onto the internal drum (2) may be made of elastic material or joined by shock-absorbing springs. Onto the lateral surface of the external drum (1) it is fixed a gas-outlet pipe, communicating with the hermetic chamber of the plant (3). Onto the external drum (1) there may be fixed a cover, hermetically sealing the inlet port.<SDOAD>
