Abstract

The invention relates to processes and devices for sulphureted hydrogen removal from the biogas and may be applied at the purification works or at the plants for biochemical anaerobe processing of organic industrial and household waste.Summary of the invention consists in that the process provides for the biogas barbotage through 0,5…1,0% NaCl solution, wherein a mixture of steel and coke chips is present in the ratio of (3:5):1, at periodic mixing.The process is realized by a device, including a body with the charge placed therein, biogas inlet and outlet branches, devices for charge inlet and ferrous sulphide outlet, the body being made in the form of cylinder with conic base, equipped in the lower part with a bunker with upper and lower gate valves, inside the body it is coaxially placed a rotary perforated drum for the charge, equipped with internal inclined blades, under which it is installed a bubbler joined with the biogas inlet branch, and onto the lateral outside face of the body it is provided a hermetically sealing port, onto the opposite part of which it is installed an electric drive, connected to a regulation device and coupled, by a gland, with the inner rotary drum, the body being joined with an additional vessel for the working fluid by means of an inlet branch having a level gauge with a floating system for NaCl solution predetermined volume maintenance.
