Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de motoare, si anume la sistemele de evacuare a gazelor de esapament ale motorului cu ardere interna. Dispozitivul pentru epurarea de cenusa a gazelor deesapament si pentru diminuarea zgomotului produs de motorul cu ardere interna include o toba (1) deesapament in care este amplasat un filtru centrifug (2) electric, dotat cu o camera de precipitare (3) cu ciclon, un electrod coroana (4) fixat in camera de precipitare (3) si izolat prin intermediulunui set de garnituri (8) izolante, electrozi de ionizare (5) a ionizatorului amplasati in stutul de admisiune a camerei de precipitare (3), un buncar (19) si o sursa de alimentare (18). Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca dispozitivul contine suplimentar un corp (11) cu lichid si stuturi de admisiune (12) si de evacuare (14) a gazelor de esapament, conectat la iesirea tobei (1) de esapament. De stutul de admisiune (12) este fixata o teava (15) inchisa din ambele capete, cu orificii pe partile opuse ale suprafetelor laterale pentru evacuarea gazelor de esapament. Teava (15) este amplasata sub nivelul lichidului.In calitate de lichid poatefi utilizat ulei mineral.The invention relates to the engine construction industry, namely to the exhaust systems of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine. The device for purifying the ashes of the exhaust gases and for reducing the noise produced by the internal combustion engine includes an exhaust (1) in which an electric centrifugal filter (2) is placed, equipped with a precipitation chamber (3) with a cyclone, a crown electrode (4) fixed in the precipitation chamber (3) and isolated by means of a set of gaskets (8) insulating, ionizing electrodes (5) of the ionizer located in the intake chamber of the precipitation chamber (3), a bunker (19 ) and a power supply (18). The novelty of the invention consists in that the device additionally contains a body (11) with liquid and intake manifolds (12) and exhaust (14) of the exhaust gas, connected to the outlet of the exhaust (1). By the intake manifold (12) is fixed a pipe (15) closed on both ends, with holes on the opposite sides of the lateral surfaces for the exhaust gas exhaust. The pipe (15) is located below the level of the liquid. As a liquid, mineral oil can be used.
