Abstract
Inventia se refera la domeniul constructiei de motoare, si anume la sistemele de evacuare a gazelor de esapament ale motorului cu ardere interna. Dispozitivul pentru epurarea de funingine a gazelor de esapament si pentru diminuarea zgomotului produs de motorul cu ardere interna include o toba de esapament (1) cu stuturi de admisiune (2) si de evacuare (5) a gazelor de esapament, unit printr-o teava (6) la stutul de admisiune (8) al filtrului (7), in care sunt amplasate o teava (12) inchisa din ambele capete, fixata la stutul de admisiune (8) al filtrului (7), cu orificii pe suprafetele laterale diametral opuse pentru evacuarea gazelor de esapament, si amplasata sub nivelul lichidului, si o sita metalica (11) cu ochiuri marunte, fixata pe intreg perimetrul corpului filtrului (7) si amplasata sub nivelul lichidului. Toba de esapament (1) suplimentar este dotata cu pereti despartitori verticali (3, 4), fixati in partile de sus si de jos ale corpului tobei de esapament (1), umplut cu lichid.In calitate de lichid poate fi utilizat ulei mineral.The invention relates to the field of engine construction, namely to the exhaust systems of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine.
