Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la o tulpină de fung, destinată obţinerii complexului enzimatic celulazic, utilizabil în industria alimentară, eterooleaginoasă, vinificaţie, medicină, producerea de nutreţuri.Tulpina propusă creşte pe medii ieftine, care conţin paie de porumb, coarde de viţă de vie, sintetizează întregul complex celulazic cu pH înalt şi stabilitate termică, având optimul de acţiune în zona temperaturilor ridicate (60-65°C), fapt care contribuie la intensificarea procesului de hidroliză a materialelor vegetale şi asigură puritatea microbiologică a procesului.Concomitent cu celulazele, tulpina sintetizează enzime-sateliţi (pectinaze, hemicelulaze), prezenţa cărora în mediul de reacţie favorizează hidroliza materialelor vegetale.Tulpina este depozitată în Colecţia de Microorganisme a Institutului de Biochimie şi Fiziologie al AŞ a U.R.S.S. cu numărul BKM F-3292 D.
