Abstract

Invenţia se referă la microbiologie, în particular la un mediu de cultivare a fungului microscopic Aspergillus flavus VKM F 3292 D, producător de celulaze şi xilanază şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică, alimentară, eterooleaginoasă şi farmaceutică.Mediul, conform invenţiei, conţine, în g/L: coardă de viţă de vie - 10,0; borhot de sfeclă -10,0; melasă - 10,0; MgSO4 - 0,50; NaNO3 - 3,00; KCl - 0,50; FeSO4 .7H2O - urme; α- picolinat de cobalt(III) (Co(PC)3 .H2O)- 0,0048...0,0050; apă - restul.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea biosintezei xilanazei, endoglucanazei, celobiohidrolazei şi β-glucozidazei.
