Instalatia pentru transesterificarea in flux a uleiurilor vegetale contine vase pentru ulei vegetal (14) si metanol catalizat (13), bloc de transesterificare, rezervoare de acumulare a esterului (33) si glicerinei (29), ejectoare (10, 19), pompe de inalta presiune (9, 18), traductoare de nivel (39, 40, 41, 42), de temperatura (26) si presiune (17, 25). Vasele pentru ulei vegetal (14) si metanol catalizat (13) sunt unite cu blocul de transesterificare, format din trei vase cilindrice coaxiale cu fund comun, vasele central (4) si extern (5) fiind predestinate pentru receptia si decantarea amestecului de reactie obtinut respectiv dupa prima si a doua trepte de transesterificare, in fiecare vas din cele doua mentionate sunt montate dispozitive de receptie (16, 24) si de evacuare a esterilor obtinuti (22, 31) si racorduri de evacuare a glicerinei, totodata fiecare dispozitiv de receptie este executat in forma de conducta, la capatul inferior al careia este montat un caus partial inchis, orientatcu fanta formata intre capacul si fundul lui spreperetele vasului de decantare, causul fiind amplasat mai sus de fundul vasului la 0,2 din inaltimealui. Dispozitivele de evacuare (22, 31) sunt montate astfel incat capetele lor deschise sunt amplasate mai jos de capacul blocului de transesterificare. Intre vasele de decantare (4, 5) este situat schimbatorul de caldura (6), in care sunt montate doua reactoare (7, 8) respectiv al primei si al celei de a doua trepte de transesterificare, totodata intrarea in primul reactor (7) prin pompa (9),ejectorul (10) si robinetele (11, 12) este conectata cu vasele pentru metanol catalizat (13) si ulei vegetal (14), iar iesirea lui - cu dispozitivul de receptie (16), montat in vasul central de decantare (4). Intrarea in reactorul al doilea (8) prin pompa (18), ejectorul (19) si robinetele (20,21) este conectata cu vasul pentru metanol catalizat (13) si cu dispozitivul de evacuare (22), montat in vasul central de decantare (4), iar iesirea- cu dispozitivul de receptie (24), montat in vasul extern de decantare (5).
