Abstract

The invention refers to the installations for obtaining fatty acids of the methyl esters used as biodiesel fuel for the internal combustion engines.The installation, according to the invention, includes tanks for the vegetable oil and the alkali solution in the methyl alcohol, interconnected devices for mixing and transetherification of the reagents and a device for purification of the obtained methyl esters, the device for mixing of the vegetable oil with the alkali solution in the methyl alcohol being made as an ejector, including an active nozzle-confuser connected by the admission jet to the pump jet for vegetable oil feeding, a passive nozzle connected to the tank for alkali solution in the methyl alcohol, and a mixing chamber with a diffuser, connected to the admission jet of the ejector for reaction mixture feeding into the reactor made in the form of a tank with a conic bottom, provided with a blade mixer, attached to the glycerin storage device, the device for purification of the methyl esters includes a centrifugal separator and a membrane filter with an exterior alluvial pearlite layer.
