Abstract

The invention refers to agriculture, in particular to the fruit growing, namely to a process for apple-tree treatment. The process, according to the invention, consists in the extraroot treatment of apple-trees in the rose bud phase with 0.001% aqueous solution of steroid glucoside with the formula 3-O-{[ alpha -L-ramnopyranosyl(1-->2)]-[ alpha -L-ramnopyranosyl(1-->4)]- beta -D-glucopyranoside}-[(25S)-5 alpha -furostan-3 beta,22 alpha,26-triol]-26-O- beta -D-glucopyranoside with a total consumption of 800...1000 l/ha. The result consists in the temporary delay of the flowering processes of a sufficient number of buds and in controlling the fruit tree flowering process.
