Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к хирургии осложнений цирроза печени и может быть использовано для профилактики образования вторичных ректальных варикозов у больных со спленомегалией при циррогенной портальной гипертензии.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что выполняют лапаротомию с мобилизацией селезеночной васкулярной ножки, лигируют и срезают селезеночную артерию, затем селезеночную вену, мобилизуют селезенку и выполняют спленэктомию. В области ректосигмоидального перехода мобилизуют на расстоянии 3-х см верхнюю геморроидальную артерию и вену, лигируют и срезают артерию, затем одноименную вену. Выполняют гемостаз, дренируют брюшную полость и ушивают рану послойно.
