Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la compoziţiile conservelor naturale din legume.Sarcina tehnică a invenţiei constă în extinderea sortimentului de conserve naturale de legume cu o valoare biologică sporită şi proprietăţi organoleptice înalte.Amestecul de legume propus include următoarele componente, în procente de masă: morcov 8-10, ardei dulce 10-12, frunze de ţelină 5, păstăi verzi de fasole 8-10, frunze de pătrunjel 5-6, rădăcini de pătrunjel 3-4, frunze de mărar 5-7, sare 0,5, suc de roşii - restul.
