Invenţia se referă la holografie, fotografia semiconductoare şi fotolitografie, şi poate fi utilizată în construcţia de aparate optice, tehnica cu laser, optoelectronică, la tirajarea informaţiei optice (holografice sau analogice) şi pentru protecţia articolelor industriale şi hârtiilor de valoare.Procedeul de executare a reţelelor holografice de difracţie în relief cu structură în straturi subţiri metal-semiconductor calcogenic sticlos Cu-As2Se3 include iradierea coerentă cu aplicarea unui câmp electric cu descărcare prin efect corona şi tratarea ulterioară a acesteia în agent decapant selectiv.
