Abstract
Soiul de păr (Pyrus communis L.) Sokrovişce este obţinut prin hibridarea soiurilor Triumf de Vienne × Olivier de Serres, este destinat pentru fructe ce se consumă în stare proaspătă şi raionat în Republica Moldova pentru toate zonele pomicole. Pomul este de mărime mijlocie şi creştere rapidă cu coroană piramidală, înaltă, simetrică, garnisită moderat cu formaţiuni de rod. Ramurile de schelet formează cu tulpina unghiuri de 45-50°. Lăstarii sunt groşi, de culoare verde-măslinie. Pomul rodeşte pe ţepuşe, burse şi vârfurile lăstarilor de un an. Fructele au 180-220 g, cele mai mari ating greutatea de 350-400 g, sunt piriform-trunchiate sau oviforme cu suprafaţă netedă. Pieliţa este subţire. Culoarea de bază este verde-deschisă, la coacere - galbenă, pe partea însorită având o rumeneală portocaliu-pală. Pulpa este albă, cu nuanţe crem, dulce-acrie, oleaginoasă, aromatică. Fructele se coc la sfârşitul lui august - începutul lui septembrie şi se păstrează bine în frigidere, păstrându-şi calităţile gustative. Soiul este compatibil cu portaltoiul de gutui. Pomii altoiţi pe gutui în al 5-lea an după plantare dau roadă de 15-20 kg, ceea ce constituie 18,0-20,0 t/ha. Pomii înfloresc timpuriu. Soiul este autofertil. Cei mai buni polenizatori sunt Beurre Jiffard, Noiabriskaia Moldavii.Brevetul se bazează în întregime pe certificatul nr. 4511, SU.
