Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to traumatology, oncology of locomotor apparatus and may be used for lower limb amputation at shin level with prophylaxis of septic postoperative complications.Summary of the invention consists in that it is made the incision of skin and of soft tissues, there are ligated and incised the great vessels and nerves, there are resected the muscles up to the bones, it is sectioned the tibia at the level of the proximal one-third of shin, and the fibula 5 cm more proximally from the tibia section, there are treated the edges of the sectioned bones for stump formation, it is prepared an autogenous bone graft from the sectioned fibula, it is modeled and filled the medullary canal of tibia with the prepared autogenous graft, then there are sutured the soft tissues and it is formed the stump.
