Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.The claimed method consists in that there are removed the devitalized tissues in the cotyle region, there are induced the lateral, superior and medial surfaces of the cotyle margin, there are restored its lateral walls with cortical osseous allogenic grafts, the grafts are modeled in imitation of acetabular component of the hip's endoprosthesis. Onto the formed bed and the cotyle walls there is applied an osteoregenerative remedy, consisting of ground osseous autogenous graft and plasma rich in thrombocytes, which then is rammed down.
