Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la traumatologie si ortopedie. Metoda solicitata consta inaceea ca se inlatura tesuturile devitalizate din regiunea cotilului, se modeleaza fetele laterala, superioara si mediala ale marginii cotilului, se restabilesc peretii ei laterali cu alogrefe osoase corticale, acestea se modeleaza dupa componentul acetabular al endoprotezei articulatiei soldului. Pe loja formata si peretii cotilului se aplica un remediu osteogenerator, constituit din autogrefa osoasa faramitata si plasma bogata in trombocite, care apoi se taseaza.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. The requested method consists in the fact that the devitalized tissues are removed from the region of the cotyledon, the lateral, superior and medial faces of the cotyledon are modeled, their lateral walls are restored with cortical bone allografts, they are modeled according to the acetabular component of the hip joint stent. On the box formed and the walls of the cotyledon, an osteogenerative remedy is applied, consisting of bone graft autograft and plasma rich in platelets, which are then pressed.
