Abstract

The invention relates to an electrode for electroflotation separation of disperse systems, to a process for electroflotation separation of disperse systems and to a process for electrode obtaining. The electrode, according to the invention, consists of a bundle of wire elements with a diameter of 0,2…0,4 mm coated with a porous cobalt layer. The process for electroflotation separation of disperse systems, according to the invention, includes their electrolysis using a cathode in the form of bundle of wire elements, carried out at a current cathodic density of 1…3 A/dm2 and a ratio of the anodic and cathodic density of (0,1…0,3):1.The process for electrode obtaining, according to the invention, consists in the chemical deposition onto the electrode surface of a cobalt-boron coating, at the temperature of 80…90°C, in a solution containing, in g/l:and subsequent selective dealkalization of boron, at the same temperature, in the sodium hydroxide solution with a content of 3…5% of sodium hypochlorite at a pH of 11…13.
