Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special la pomicultură şi poate fi folosită în selecţie pentru aprecierea capacităţii de păstrare a fructelor de măr de diferite soiuri.Metoda de determinare a capacităţii de păstrare a fructelor de măr include măsurarea parametrilor electrici în ţesuturile fructului. În calitate de parametri electrici ai ţesuturilor fructului se utilizează coeficientul de polarizare electrică activă, unde R4 - rezistenţa ohmică a ţesutului fructului la curent cu frecvenţa de 104 Hz, R6 - rezistenţa ohmică a aceluiaşi ţesut la curent cu frecvenţa de 106 Hz şi coeficientul de polarizare electrică reactivă, unde C4 - capacitatea electrică a ţesutului fructului la curent cu frecvenţa de 104 Hz, C6- capacitatea electrică a aceluiaşi ţesut la curent cu frecvenţa de 106 Hz, iar capacitatea de păstrare se determină prin raportul.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea preciziei de determinare a capacităţii de păstrare a fructelor fără vătămarea acestora.
