Abstract

Inventia se refera la agricultura, in special la pomicultura si poate fi folosita in selectie pentru aprecierea capacitatii de pastrare a fructelor de mar de diferite soiuri. Metoda de determinare a capacitatii de pastrare a fructelor de mar includemasurarea parametrilor electrici in tesuturile fructului. In calitate de parametri electrici ai tesuturilor fructului se utilizeaza coeficientul de polarizare electrica activa CPEa=R4/R6, unde R4 – rezistenta ohmica a tesutului fructului la curent cu frecventa de 104 Hz, R6 – rezistenta ohmica a aceluiasi tesut la curent cu frecventa de 106 Hz si coeficientul de polarizare electrica reactiva CPEr=C4/C6, unde C4 – capacitatea electrica a tesutului fructului la curent cu frecventa de 104 Hz, C6 –capacitatea electrica a aceluiasi tesut la curentcu frecventa de 106 Hz, iar capacitatea de pastrare se determina prin raportul CPEr/CPEa*100%. Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea preciziei de determinare a capacitatii de pastrare a fructelor fara vatamarea acestora.
