Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgie şi poate fi folosită pentru tratamentul chistului hidatic hepatic.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează intervenţia chirurgicală cu înlăturarea conţinutului chistului hidatic, se prelucrează cavitatea chistului cu soluţii antiseptice, se tamponează canalele biliare care comunică cu cavitatea chistului, apoi se injectează în peretele chistului 5…10 ml de suspensie de celule mononucleare preparată în prealabil din sângele pacientului, care se injectează în şah câte 1…2 ml de suspensie la o distanţă de 5...6 cm dintre injectări.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în reducerea riscului de apariţie a complicaţiilor septico-purulente postoperatorii.
