Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la traumatologie, ortopedie si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul bursitelor, in special a bursitelor cronice traumatice recidivante. Esenta inventie consta in aceea ca se prelucreaza tegumentele articulatiei, se efectueaza punctia cavitatii bursei cu inlaturarea continutului si drenarea dupa metoda Seldingher, se efectueaza lavajul cu 1...2 ml de alcool etilic de 70%. Dupa prelucrarea cu alcool se aplica suturi infundate cu inchiderea cavitatii bursei. Articulatia se imobilizeaza cu atela gipsata, iar drenul se inlatura la a 3-a zi. ŕ
