Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeul de obţinere a 4,1′,6′-triclor-4,1′,6′-trideoxigalactozaharozei (TGZ) în formă cristalică nouă. Scopul invenţiei constituie obţinerea unei forme noi cristalice de TGZ care posedă acelaşi grad de dulceaţă ca şi TGZ sticloasă, dar este considerabil mai puţin hidroscopică, ceea ce facilitează prepararea compuşilor şi compoziţiilor pe baza ei. Procedeul de obţinere a TGZ în formă de cristale rombice ale grupei spaţiale P21,21,21 cu celula elementară cu următoarele mărimi: a=18,21(1), b=7,36(1) c=12,04(1), cu temperatura de topire 130°C, în prezenţa căruia în soluţia saturată apoasă amorfă TGZ cu concentraţia 57-77% de masă la temperatura de 60-80°C se introduce în calitate de condiment TGZ cristalică anghidridă în formă de cristale rombice sau TGZ-pentahidtrat cristalică cu cristalizarea ulterioară a produsului special la temperatura de la 40°C până la temperatura de cameră.Revendicările se bazează în întregime pe descrierea invenţiei la brevetul nr. 1205773, SU
