Abstract

The invention relates to the method of obtaining of 4,1′,6′ - trichlor - 4,1′,6′ - hideoxigalatsacchorose (TGZ) a new crystallina form. The aim of the invention is the obtaining of a new crystalline from the TG-2 that has the same ougree of sweetness as TGZ glass, but is considered less hydroscopic, and it facilitates the preparation of the composition on it's base.The method of obtaining of TGZ in a rhombus crystal shape of the spacial group p21, 21, 21 with the elementary cell with folowing sizes: a = 18,21 (1), b = 36(1), c=12,04(1), A with smelting temperature 130°C, in the presence of which the saturated watering amorphoons solution TGZ with the mass concentration 57-77% at 60-80°C temperature is introduced as a spice TGZ cristalline anhydrido in a rhombus crystal shape or TGZ crystalline pentahydrate with the further crystalisation of the special product at temperature from 40°C till room-temperature.
