Abstract

Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in particular la un procedeu de cultivare submersa a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium viride si poate fi utilizata in industria microbiologica pentru obtinerea enzimelor pectolitice. Procedeul de cultivare submersa a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P (varianta 1) include pregatirea suspensiei de spori, inocularea ei pe un mediu nutritiv, tratarea culturii de fungi peste 24 ore de cultivare cu unde de intensitate joasa cu ? 5,6 mm, emise in regimperiodic timp de 15…20 min. Cultivarea se efectueaza la temperatura de 28…30°C timp de 96 ore. Procedeul de cultivare submersa a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P (varianta 2) includepregatirea suspensiei de spori, inocularea ei pe un mediu nutritiv, tratarea suspensiei de spori inainte de inoculare si a culturii de fungi peste 24 ore de cultivare timp de 15…20 min cu unde de intensitate joasa cu ? 5,6 mm, emise in regim periodic. Cultivarea se efectueaza la temperatura de 28…30°C timp de 96 ore. Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea biosintezei enzimelor pectolitice.
