Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru diagnosticul neinvaziv precoce şi pentru confirmarea diagnosticului de cancer endometrial.Esenţa invenţiei constă în determinarea concentraţiei de ARN mesager al triptofanhidroxilazei-1 în ţesuturile endometrial şi miometrial, şi în cazul când în ţesutul endometrial concentraţia este de 2…100 ori mai mare, se stabileşte diagnosticul de cancer endometrial.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în posibilitatea diagnosticării precoce diferenţiate a cancerului endometrial pentru stabilirea metodei eficiente de tratament pre- şi postoperator.
