Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru aprecierea precoce neinvazivă a agresivităţii cancerului endometrial.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se determină în ţesuturile endometrial şi miometrial nivelul de ARN mesager pentru triptofanhidroxilaza-1, şi în cazul, în care nivelul constituie 0…15 unităţi se determină o agresivitate majoră, 16…400 unităţi - o agresivitate medie, 400 unităţi şi mai mult se determină o agresivitate scăzută a cancerului endometrial.
