Abstract
Inventia se refera la biotehnologie si poate fi utilizata pentru micropropagarea gerberei in vitro.Procedeul de micropropagare a gerberei in vitro include cultivarea explantelor lastarilor axilari, obtinute din apexurile vegetative, pe mediul nutritiv Muraschige-Skoog, cu adaos de tiamina-HCl, acid nicotinic, piridoxina-HCl, chinetina si benziladenina.Noutatea procedeului consta in aceea ca in mediul nutritiv se adauga suplimentar acid gibberellic, componentii fiind adaugati in mediu in urmatorul raport, mg/L: tiamina-HCl - 0,1; acid nicotinic - 0,5; piridoxina-HCl – 0,5; chinetina – 0,3; benziladenina – 1,0; acid gibberellic – 1,0.
