Abstract

Inventia se refera la chimie si medicina, si anume la sinteza unui sir de complecsi interni de cupru biologic activi din clasa tiosemicarbazidatilor metalelor de tranzitie si poate fi aplicata in medicina si in medicina veterinara. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca in calitate de preparate antimicrobiene se propun salicilidentiosemicarbazidatii de cupru(II) care contin sulfanilamide cu formula:unde X = H (I - VI, VIII - XI), Br(VII) ; R = H(I - VII), C6H5- (VIII - XI) ; Rezultatul inventiei consta in sinteza compusilor I-XI, care au toxicitate joasa, manifesta activitate antimicrobiana fatade majoritatea microorganismelor, iar in cazul tulpinilor gram-pozitive manifesta activitate bacteriostatica si bactericida de 2...160 ori mai inaltain comparatie cu analogul lor structural.
