Abstract

Invenţia se referă la optoelectronică, în particular la procedeele de obţinere a cristalului fotonic pe semiconductor.Procedeul de obţinere a cristalului fotonic pe semiconductor include decaparea electrochimică a cel puţin uneia din suprafeţele lui. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că decaparea electrochimică are loc la aplicarea tensiunii periodic variabile, caracterizată de semnale dreptunghiulare cu frontul sub formă de trepte.
