Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la stomatologia experimentala si poate fi utilizata la cercetarea proceselor de osteointegrare a implantelor dentare la animalele experimentale. Conform procedeului, se efectueaza o incizie a pielii de-a lungul corpului mandibulei, se trepaneaza alveola in portiunea radiculara apicala a dintelui incisiv central si se extrage 1/3 din continutul ei cu pastrarea periostului, formand o cavitate alveolara, se efectueaza depulparea canalului radicular al dintelui si obturarea acestuia, apoi in cavitatea alveolara formata se introduce un implant dentar impreuna cu un preparat osteoregenerator, cu realizarea ulterioara a cercetarilor radioviziografice, biochimice si histologice ale osteointegrarii implantului dentar.
