Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la traumatologie şi ortopedie.Scopul invenţiei constă în diminuarea traumatismului intervenţiei şi reducerea termenelor de consolidare a osului.Metoda se realizează în felul următor.Oasele embrionului uman din prima jumătate a sarcinii se fărâmiţează, se tratează cu tripsină şi se amestecă cu mediu nutritiv.După 7-14 zile cultura tisulară obţinută, fiind bogată în celule mecanocite de prima generaţie, împreună cu mediul nutritiv se omogenează sub formă de suspensie şi se injectează în zona osului lezat. În caz de necesitate procedura poate fi repetată.
