Abstract
Inventia se refera la procedeele de obtinere a izotiocianatochalconelor, care pot fi utilizate in calitate de precursori pentru sinteza unor chalcone de uz medicinal sau cosmetic. Procedeul revendicat include condensarea l,l-dimetil-3-(3- sau 4-acetilfenil)tioureelor cu aldehide aromatice substituite, cu obtinerea N,N-dimetiltioureidochalconelor care se dezamineaza intr-un solvent inert la incalzire cu acizi minerali (H2SO4, HCl in dioxan) sau cu anhidrida acetica (in benzen sau toluen), luati, respectiv, in raport echimolar.
