Abstract

The invention relates to a sort of peach (Persica vulgaris M.) named Galbenica. obtained by tree pollination of sort Valiant.The tree is medium-sized, with a sprawling and spherical crown. The fruit is big or middle, with medium size 65 x 66 x 64 mm with 140-200 g weight, the shape is round-oval with the tip round, little asymmetric, the funnel is large and little deep, ventral sward is superficial, plunged at the tip and bax, the peel has a middle thickness, it is dense, semiadherent at plump. The basic colour is yellow, covering colour is carmine on the sunlit part.The pubescense is dense, but velvety. The pulp is yellow, a bit fibrillar, dense, moderate succulent, pleasantly tasting. The kernel is medium sized, oval, a bit sharped at the tip, at the middle pitted and channeled, unadherent. The tree enters into bearing in the years 3-4 from the plantations, the period of blossom is average early. The sort is autofertile, frost and principal deseases resistant . the fruits are resistent at the transportation and canning, the productivity is high. The using of fruits is universally.
