Abstract

The invention is related to a sort of peach, named Moldavskii pozdnii, obtained by crossing of sort Valiant × Ark Beauty, destinated for industrialization and zonated in Republic of Moldova, priority in south zone.The tree is middle-size or small, with a sprawling crown, almost spherical. It blossoms average early, is autofertile.The fruits is medium or big with 130-180 weight. The form is spherical with a pronounced beak. The ventral sward is superficial, a little plunged at the tip. The funnel is large and deep.The peel is a middle thickness, dense, doesn't detach from the pulp, fund colour is yellow, covering colour is red-purple, spreaded uniformly on 1/4 of fruit's surface. The pubescense is weak and velvety. The pulp is yellow, cartilaginous, with middle succulent and pleasantly taste. The kernel is middle size, oval form, with sharp tip, pitted and channeled surface.The tree enters into bearing in the years 3-4 from the plantation. The productivity is medium and regular, the resistance at the frost is very high. The fruits are excellent at the taste and as a commercial aspect, resistant at the transportation and canning.
