Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un soi de piersic (Persica vulgaris M.), denumit Galbenica, obţinut din seminţele de la polenizarea liberă a soiului Valiant.Pomul este de vigoare medie, cu coroană sferică şi răsfirată.Fructul este mijlociu sau mare, cu dimensiuni medii de 65x66x64 mm, cu greutatea de 140-200 g, forma este rotund-ovală cu vârful rotunjit, puţin asimetric, cavitatea pedunculară largă şi puţin adâncă, brazda ventrală este superficială, adâncită la vârf şi bază. Pieliţa este de grosime mijlocie, densă, semiaderentă la pulpă. Culoarea de fond este galbenă, culoarea acoperitoare este carmin pe partea însorită. Pubescenţa este deasă, însă catifelată. Pulpa este galbenă, cu textură puţin fibroasă, densă, potrivit de suculentă, cu gust plăcut. Sâmburele este de mărime mijlocie, ovoid, puţin ascuţit la vârf, brăzdat, iar mijlocul este alveolat, neaderent.Pomul intră pe rod în anii 3-4 de la plantare, perioada înfloririi este mijlocie. Soiul este autofertil, rezistent la ger şi bolile principale. Fructele sunt rezistente la transportare şi manipulare, productivitatea este ridicată. Folosirea fructelor este universală.Brevetul se bazează în întregime pe certificatul nr. 3572, SU.
