Inventia se refera la medicina, in particular la ortodontie si ortopedia dentofaciala. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca dispozitivul contine un arc ortodontic partial 1 unit rigid cu niste inele ortodontice, fixate pe molarii unu si doi si pe premolarul doi. Pe inelul ortodontic 2, instalat pe molarul doi, din partea vestibulara sunt fixate trei ghidaje executate in forma de tub, doua 3 cu diametrul de 0,18...0,2 mm si unul 4 cu diametrul de 1,5...2 mm, amplasat deasupra primelor doua 3, si un carlig 5 orientat in partea distala. Pe inelul ortodontic 6, instalat pe molarul unu, din partea vestibulara sunt fixate o bracketa 7 si un carlig 8, orientat in partea distala. Pe inelul ortodontic 9, instalat pe premolarul doi, din partea vestibulara sunt fixate o bracketa 10 si un carlig 11, orientat in sus. In unul din ghidajele 3 cu diametrul tubului de 0,18...0,2 mm, fixat pe inelul ortodontic al molarului doi, este instalat capatul distal al arcului ortodontic partial 1, iar capatul lui proximal este fixat in bolta bracketei 10 a premolarului doi.
