Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in particular la ortodontie si ortopedia dentofaciala.Dispozitivul revendicat contine un arc ortodontic partial (1) unit rigid cu inelele ortodontice (2), (4) si (6) destinate pentru instalarea corespunzator pe molarii doi si unu, pe premolarii doi si unu ai maxilarului superior. Pe inelul ortodontic (2) din partea vestibulara este fixat un ghidaj, executat ca un tub cu diametrul de 0,18...0,20 mm, si un carlig (3), orientat in partea distala. Pe inelul ortodontic (4) din partea vestibulara este fixat un ghidaj, executat ca un tub cu diametrul de 1,5...2,0 mm, precum si un carlig (5), orientat in partea distala. Pe inelele ortodontice (6) din partea vestibulara sunt fixate cate o bracketa si cate un carlig (7), orientat in sus. Capatul distal al arcului ortodontic partial (1) este fixat in ghidajul inelului ortodontic (2), iar capatul lui proximal este fixat in bolta bracketei premolarului doi si in bolta bracketei (8) premolarului unu. Totodata, pe arcul ortodontic partial (1) sunt executate doua elemente de blocare, primul (9) este amplasat in fata marginii distale a bracketei, instalate pe inelul ortodontic al premolarului doi, iar al doilea (10) in fata inelului ortodontic (2). De asemenea, pe arcul ortodontic partial (1), cu posibilitatea deplasarii pe el, este instalat un element suplimentar (11), executat ca o scoaba. Totodata, un capat al lui, executat in forma de suport, este instalat in fata inelului ortodontic (4), iar celalalt, executat in forma de carlig, este orientat in partea proximala si unit prin intermediul unei tije elastice (12) cu un carlig (13) fixat pe un inel ortodontic (14), destinat pentru instalarea pe molarul unu al maxilarului inferior al partii corespunzatoare.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. The claimed device contains a partial orthodontic arch (1) rigid unit with orthodontic rings (2), (4) and (6) designed for proper installation on two and one molars, on the premolars two and one of the upper jaw. On the orthodontic ring (2) from the vestibular side is fixed a guide, executed as a tube with the diameter of 0.18 ... 0.20 mm, and a hook (3), oriented in the distal part. On the orthodontic ring (4) from the vestibular side is fixed a guide, executed as a tube with the diameter of 1.5 ... 2.0 mm, as well as a hook (5), oriented in the distal part. On the orthodontic rings (6) from the vestibular side are fixed one bracket and one hook (7), facing up. The distal end of the partial orthodontic arch (1) is fixed in the guide of the orthodontic ring (2), and its proximal end is fixed in the vault of the premolar bracket two and in the vault of the bracket (8) of the premolar one. At the same time, on the partial orthodontic arch (1) two locking elements are executed, the first (9) is placed in front of the distal edge of the bracket, installed on the orthodontic ring of the second premolar, and the second (10) in front of the orthodontic ring (2) . Also, on the partial orthodontic arch (1), with the possibility of moving on it, an additional element (11) is installed, executed as a slab. At the same time, one end of it, executed in the form of a support, is installed in front of the orthodontic ring (4), and the other, executed in the form of a hook, is oriented in the proximal part and joined by an elastic rod (12) with a hook (13) fixed on an orthodontic ring (14), intended for installation on the molar one of the lower jaw of the corresponding part.
