Abstract

The invention relates to electronics and can be used in medical devices.The device for emission of electromagnetic microwaves includes a generator of electromagnetic microwaves, a hollow rectangular waveguide (8) with one closed end and the other end is made in the form of an antenna. The generator includes a metal frame (6) with a resonant cavity, in which is mounted a Gunn diode (7), the minus output of which is mechanically connected to the body (6) of the generator, wherein is installed a screw (5) regulating the frequency oscillations, and the plus output has one end connected to a metal rod (3), the other end of which is connected to a low-frequency dielectric filter (2) and a power source. In the waveguide (8) and frame (6) of the generator is made a hole, wherein is installed through a dielectric sleeve (9) a transmitter (4) of electromagnetic waves from the cavity of the generator frame (6) into the cavity of the waveguide (8).The result of the invention is to stabilize the frequency and power of microwave generator depending on the temperature, humidity and mechanical loads.
